- We can access guest records through ikon using this link.
- Much like RTP, you can search for a guest's information by entering their name (last, first), email address, phone number, or pass number in the find a guest search bar.
- Verify it is the correct guest account by the provided information attached to their account. Do not rely on the picture in their profile, but you may use it to filter guest accounts.
Importing Guest into RTP
If you are able to locate a guest in Ikon's system but not in RTP you will want to import them into our system. Click on the import guest record and the icon will turn gray alerting you that they have been imported. Now go into RTP to verify they have been imported correctly.

- Once you have found the guest in the Ikon system click on the three dots within their profile block.
2. Select "View Days"
3. You will see the total days, days available, and days used as well as where and when the days were redeemed.
