Online Ticket Sale Process
The following processes are to assist guests through the lift ticket checkout process. Call center agents will not need this info unless a guest needs help with the navigation of the website. Otherwise, see below for the new discount calculator to access the pre-purchase discounts for tickets.

Single-Day Process
1. Make sure "single day" is selected for a single-day ticket and then select "select date"
2. Select the date from the calendar (do not rely on calendar pricing for discount anymore). Continue.
3. Select the number of tickets you will need per age group. This step, on mobile may only show the Adult and Youth tickets and people need to scroll horizontally to see the other ages. Depends on the screen size for how many of the "tickets" appear Hit add to cart once selected.
4. Review cart information. Add any optional add-ons and then select "view cart".
5. Continue the checkout process lift normal. During this step the guest has the option to add rentals at the top of the screen or any other additional items. This is when they will want to add on additional products before checking out.
6. Guest can continue as usual. Assigning group members to products, adding RFID if need and signing waivers.

1. Select "multi-day" and then "select start date".
2. Select the start date of the ticket product. Continue.
3. Select the amount of days the guest is requesting. The guest may choose more than one option if purchasing different durations for different guests.
4. Add however many tickets per age group for that specific amount of days. This step, on mobile may only show the Adult and Youth tickets and people need to scroll horizontally to see the other ages. Depends on the screen size for how many of the "tickets" appear.
5. Review cart information. Add any optional add-ons and/or lift tickets and then select "view cart".
