Step 1. Speak with the guest about the cancellation. Double check the arrival date of the reservation and inform guest about the cancel policy 15+ days before arrival it is a full refund. If they are 14 to 1 day before arrival they will forfeit 50% of the reservation total and if it is the same day as arrival it is a full forfeiture.

Step 2. Add a note in Inntopia with the reservation number and the information about the cancellation

Step 3. Fill out the cancellation form as this is how Operations will process the cancellation. If you speak with an agent at a member property please make sure to include their name as well as any comments about the cancellation
