Deposit Policy

Final payments are automatically charged to the credit card used for the deposit 15-days prior to arrival. 1-Night deposit will be charged at time of booking (depending on how far in advance the reservation is made). 

 
 

Check In/Out Policy

*Must be 18 years old or older to check-in at the Grand. 

Check In:

Summer

Check-in: From May 1 to October 31, begins at 4pm, however during some peak periods, units may not be available until 5:30pm. If your room is ready prior to the stated check-in time, you may be checked in early, but we cannot guarantee early check-in requests. 

 
 

Winter

November 1st-April 30th- Check In begins at 5:30pm If your room is ready prior to the stated check-in time, you may be checked in early, but we cannot guarantee early check-in requests. Please make us aware of any preferences for location, views and specific units at the time of booking. Our units are individually owned which means requests cannot be guaranteed. We have a limited inventory of additional guest items ( cots, cribs, mini-fridge, etc.) and are available on a first request available.

 
 

Check-Out:

Check-out time is 11 a.m. Please return keys/cards to the front desk by 11 a.m. to avoid any charges for late checkout or re-keying. No late check outs on Friday, Sunday & holiday periods. No refunds will be issued for early departures.

Check-out policy applies to both Summer and Winter periods. 

 
 

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed. In the event that pets are found in the unit, a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged and you are subject to immediate eviction with no refund. 

 
 

Other Policy

  • Guest is responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure. 
  • Some services provided by the property require an additional fee, to be paid by the guest to the property directly upon arrival. 
  • We make every effort to accommodate requests for specific bedding or views, but can not guarantee them. 
  • The number of guests is not to exceed the number shown on this confirmation. If this number is exceeded, it is cause for immediate cancellation without refund.
