Removing Guest's Info from Our System
If a guest requests we remove their personal information from our databases (due to privacy concerns) there is a set of steps we must follow in order for the request to go through the correct channels.
- First, we recommend that guests review POWDR's privacy policy located at the bottom of the home screen at Killington.com. (Can be found here.)
- If a guest is requesting for this to be done in person we ask they then contact legal@powdr.com or one of the managers in charge (Keith, Emma, Corey) so they can get it through the appropriate channels.
- We ask when this is done in person that the agent contacts their manager with the name of the individual requesting the removal of their information.
- If done via email, forward to Keith, Emma or Corey so they can relay the information.
- One of the members of that group will then be able to respond with the most appropriate verbiage to handle the situation.
