If a guest requests we remove their personal information from our databases (due to privacy concerns) there is a set of steps we must follow in order for the request to go through the correct channels. 

1. First, we recommend that guests review POWDR's privacy policy located at the bottom of the home screen at Killington.com. (Can be found here.)
2. If a guest is requesting for this to be done in person we ask they then contact legal@powdr.com or one of the managers in charge (Keith, Emma, Corey) so they can get it through the appropriate channels. 
3. We ask when this is done in person that the agent contacts their manager with the name of the individual requesting the removal of their information. 
4. If done via email, forward to Keith, Emma or Corey so they can relay the information. 
5. One of the members of that group will then be able to respond with the most appropriate verbiage to handle the situation.
