Voucher Redemption Info
If a guest is wondering when and by who a voucher was used, follow these steps to find that information.
If you do not have the voucher number handy:
1. Locate their customer manager profile and go into their inactive vouchers.
2. Identify the voucher the guest is inquiring about and double-click.
3. The inactive date will be shown here.
4. If you need more info right click on the voucher line and copy it.
Once you have the voucher number:
5. Go to Go and navigate to One Resort Tools.
6. Click on return/refund a transaction
7. Change the search criteria drop-down to voucher and paste the voucher number in the box.
8. Search.
9. The transaction involving the voucher should pull up.
10. Expand on the transaction line to view more details. Then expand the correct voucher product line (should be highlighted in blue).
11. This should tell you what guest the voucher was redeemed for as well as the day redeemed and the day used (by expanding on details>access).
