New for the Season Document

In lieu of the Guest Services New for the Season document, please familiarize yourself with the following information to stay up to date on changes for the 2024-2025 Winter Season.

Ticket/Season Pass Updates

  • We will no longer be explicitly requiring waivers for non-season passholder guests. However, we will ask most if not all guests to sign a waiver when possible. Anyone purchasing online will be prompted to sign a waiver and when purchasing over the phone or in person, we will ask guests to sign a waiver still. In some cases we will not need a waiver and it will not affect the lift access, but please try to get a waiver from each guest who visits the resort.
  • RFID cards are now priced at $6+tax. We will be requiring the purchase of RFID cards for daily ticket holders or when a reprint is needed for a non-passholder. Comp tickets (vouchers/child & senior) and passholders will not need to pay the $6 fee.
  • The tubing park will now utilize RFID cards for access and purchase of the activity. They will be prompted to reload or add a $0 card during the check out process.
  • Killington VT/NH days will now include Sundays (non-peak) at a higher (but still discounted) rate than Tues/Wed.
  • 1-day k-ticket sales have extended through December 25th to allow guest to purchase for family/friends in lieu of gift cards.
  • Multi-day k-tickets were available for sale through October 17th. Guests had 2, 3 and 4 day options that would allow the guest to use those tickets non-consecutively with no blackouts (non-transferrable).
  • VT Students purchasers will receive a link with their order confirmation to provide their student verification online so we can minimize the amount of people needing to be verified at the window.
  • Woodward Mountain Kids has changed their name to Beast Kids (but product details have not changed).
  • We are now a part of a Multi-mountain New England Uphill pass that allows guests access to over 17 ski resorts around New England.
  • Beast 365 back on payment plans rather than subscriptions. Guests can now update their payment info in the event of a failed payment under the payment plan tab by selecting “update”.
  • We will be offering an industry reciprocal ticket for resort employees. This wil be available for sale online coming soon.
  • Ikon passholders will now be charged a fee of $5 to reprint their RFID cards to limit the amount of reprints and to reduce fraud.
  • We will now be offering adult lesson clinics on the weekends for intermediate/advanced level skiers/riders. They can find more info and book on the web.

Operational Updates

  • Woodward/Peace Parks have now changed their name back to K Parks with the change in ownership.
  • The new Superstar lift installation will be completed in summer of 2025, and will affect spring skiing on Superstar this season. The project will commence sometime in April 2025, however, the resort plans to make additional snow in other key areas of the mountain including the Canyon, Snowdon and Ramshead to extend the season elsewhere.
    • As for the Stifel Killington Cup, Killington is confirmed to host over Thanksgiving Weekend 2024. The status of the 2025 event is still to be determined as we finalize the construction timeline for the new Superstar lift.
  • New ownership will affect how we brand certain products and areas around Killington. Look out for name changes of certain things before directing guests.

Lodging Updates

  • New Owner Friends and Family Link for online booking.
  • We have a Supplier, Killington Mountain Homes. Listings will be set up in Inntopia and we will be able to book through there.
  • Lake Bomoseen Lodge is joining CenRes this year. Inventory to show in Inntopia.
