- Be prepared for weather conditions BEFORE you arrive if you are scheduled as an outdoor greeter.
- Clock in
- Check in with Teams and our website to get information about operations for the day.
- Have your Greeter tools ready to go: stylus, greeter card, example One Pass Card, Brighten Your Day cards, Drink Cards, and stickers.
- Check Kiosks- make sure all screens are up and running and cards are stocked in every machine.
- Be properly located to greet depending on what lodge you are working at.
Greeter Proficiencies
- Create online accounts for guests.
- Be an expert on purchasing products through Killington estore on a smart phone.
- Help guests sign waivers.
- Help guests add members to their online account.
- Help guest redeem vouchers, (single or multiple)
- Help guests share vouchers.
- Refill ticket kiosks.
- Reset ticket kiosks.
- Be familiar with the different base lodges and amenities they offer.

Understanding Kiosk errors:
- Error - Go to ticket window. Do NOT attempt another kiosk" (This was when the LTS/R had old ticket output)
- "Unknown Voucher. Scan Again" (This was when people were scanning vouchers not redemptions)
- "No Tickets Found. Please go to Ticket Window" (No media in the order OR could be timing if they just received their order confirm and the order hasn't gotten to from AW to RTP yet)
- “Order has been redeemed. Please go to ticket Window”
- Other error messages are physical PUB related like, "Printer Error" "Connection Error" "Not Enough Media" etc.
