  4. Select the correct pass access (not pass media)
  5. Select force in the top left
  6. Enter days the guest was not able to scan and add a comment
  7. Add
  8. Ok

If merging days from one type of access to another, go into the profile you are taking the days away from and follow the same steps, but enter a negative number to remove the days from that access.
