How to search for a guests name when you are unsure of the spelling
When looking for a guest account it can sometimes be tricky to locate them due to the spelling of their name. If a name is put in a specific way it may be difficult to locate the account. If you are unsure of the spelling you may enter a % symbol where you think you may be getting held up and any results with or without the spelling will appear.
