Updating Credit Cards
If a guest is having an issue with their credit card used for their pass payment plan it is likely their bank has flagged their card or they have insufficient funds in their account. If we are unable to charge their monthly payment, the guest's pass will be hotlisted and become invalid for use.
How to update a guest's card
- Direct the guest to log in to their online account. If a guest is struggling to access their online account, refer to the article about Online Accounts here.
- Have them access the payment plans tab once logged in.
- Within the payment plan tab, they should be able to hit "update" next to their card information and update their payment method. If they wish to use the same payment method have them re-enter the card info which will act as an update in the system.
- If the card is valid, the payment should push through automatically, or the card info will be changed for all future payments.

- Login
- Select "update"
- Enter card info
- Confirm in RTP that the missed payment was pushed through (if that was the issue). May take a few seconds.
